How to Login into My Estub Portal?

It is very important to make sure you know the following things mentioned below before trying to login to portal.


The username for My Estub login will be a nine-digit number starting with 0 and followed by a four-digit letter. The four letters will be the company’s name and the last four letters will be the employee’s name or personal ID.

Initial Setup Procedure of Paperless Pay My Estub Account

If you are a new employee, you have to get a new account which means you have to complete the My Estub initial setup procedure. You will be asked to give your preferred username and password to complete the initial setup. There is a fixed criterion for setting a username and password for your account.

  • The username should be unique
  • The password should contain at least eight characters which should contain at least one number, one alphabet, and one symbol.

The payroll manager will be sending a temporary username and password for the first-time login. The employees can change the temporary password to a new password of their choice. Just make sure you follow hte criteria set for the password for my estub account as mentioned above.

My Estub Portal Login 

For logging into the My Estub portal, the employees have to visit the official website and click on the “Employee Access” menu.

After that, a drop-down login option will appear. You need to enter the temporary username and password and click on the “Login” button to access the account.

Change Password

After successfully accessing the My Estub account for the first time using the temporary password, the employees need to change the password. Setting up a new password for my estub account is pretty easy.

Note: My Estub password recommends setting a password that is  6-20 characters in length and contains at least 1 alphabet, 1 number, and 1 special character. 

Employees have to enter their current default password, new password, and re-enter the new password. Click on the “Next” button to proceed forward and change the password to a new one.

Setting Up Security Questions

This is an excellent feature protecting your My Estub account against suspicious login attempts from an unauthorized person. Employees need to select 2 security questions and answer them.

Employees are also suggested to enter an email address as an extra “Recovery password” feature. It is not mandatory to add an email address but it might be very useful during the password recovery/ reset process. Once you are done, just click on the “Next” button to complete the setup of security questions.

Enable Delivery Options

Employees need to select Email option & enter their primary email and secondary email address in the respective boxes to enable email delivery option.

Afterward, the employees have to select any one option – receive a password-protected PDF send directly to email OR just receive a notification about the pay stub available on the portal.

Default Online W2 User Option

Employees can enable the option to receive w2 Online if they want so.

This option is selected by default which means the employees need not do anything regarding this. Just hit the “Next” button at the bottom to continue.

Text message Notification

It is crucial and recommended to enable Text message notifications. This will give instant alerts about my Estub paycheck details.

To enable this, Select the cellular provider. After that, Enter the cellular number carefully and click on the “Send Test TEXT Message”. Once the mobile number is successfully verified, click on the “Next” button to continue.

Note: You must not in any case select more than 6 options. 

Complete the Initial Setup

After you have filled in all the necessary information, and enable the preferences according to your choice, it’s time to complete the setup process.

The final step is to set the password and verify all the details. Once it is done, click on the ” Finish” button to complete the My Estub initial setup process.

How to View Payment Listing (Trans ID)?

Once the employees finish the initial setup of their my estub account, then will be logged into the dashboard. Employees just need to select Payment Listing under the top menu from the dashboard.

You need to click on the “Payment Listing” to access the list of all the payments with complete details like Transaction ID, Payroll for, Payment Date, and Amount.

For any particular payment details, just click on the Trans ID” of that payment. The detailed paystub will be displayed in a pop up window  make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings). If not, Kindly enable it under the Tools & Pop-up blocker settings for the internet explorer.

How to unlock MyEstub Account? 

When a new employee joins a company, the company representative creates a new my estub account for them. The login details are shared with each employee on their registered email address.

The employees have to complete the basic initial setup process on the website to make their account active. They have to confirm their email address with the company as well as on the portal. An email confirmation is done before the estub account is fully activated.

There are times when the employee forgets their my estub account password. Now, if in case the employee enters their my estub account password incorrectly 5 times, their my estub account will be locked temporarily.

To unlock their account, employees have to reset their password with their email address or contact company support to resolve this issue. You need to follow the steps explained below to unlock your my estub account with email.

  1. Firstly, go to the official website –
  2. Next, access the my estub login page from the portal.
  3. Click on the Recover Password option at the bottom of the login screen.
  4. Enter your username/id and email address to reset the password.
  5. You must make sure the entered user id and the email id associated with it are correct to get the reset password link. Check your email for the link and click on it.
  6. Type the new password and reenter it in the fields displayed.
  7. Lastly, click on the “Reset Password” link to change the password.

Once the password is changed, employees can login to my estub account with the new password.
